Brides-to-be need to shine,Follow these top makeup tips by Nadia Jalfi

Every woman wants to look the best on her wedding day? If you are soon going to be a bride, you would want all eyes on you as you walk down the aisle on your D’ Day. It’s important for a bride to feel like a million bucks after all. Nadia Jalfi, one of most sought-after makeup artists provides some pro tips on how to shine on the Wedding Day.
Planning a wedding can prove to be a tad exhausting at times. Having so much to do, you don’t really know where to start from. Says Nadia Jalfi, “Bridal makeup is undoubtedly one of the most important aspects of any wedding.”  Too loud or subtle makeup is the last thing you need on your wedding day. Here are some of the best pre-wedding beauty and makeup tips by Nadia Jalfi that can make you look nothing less than angelic.

For a glowing skin

It is important to keep yourself hydrated and protect your skin from the sun. Applying a sunscreen is a must as you will be going out a lot for your wedding shopping. Nadia Jalfi recommends undergoing a skin treatment at least six weeks before the wedding day for attaining flawless skin. It is equally important to ensure adequate sleep to avoid the dark circles.

Go for Waterproof makeup

Nadia Jalfi suggests using powder-based products instead of the creamy ones. Especially the mascara! Choose the one that's waterproof, lasts longer and doesn’t smudge. In case you don’t like the look, you can put a light coat of waterproof mascara over one coat of regular mascara.

Blend and even it out

When it comes to makeup, blending is the key. You need to blend it all over to even out your skin tone.

Choose the right lipstick

Wearing the right lip color can change your look completely.  Nadia Jalfi recommends using a bright lip color that lasts longer. Nude shades can make you look dull in photos, particularly since you'll be wearing a white gown. However, you can use it as your base, followed by a pink or rose color on the top.
Highlight your Cheeks

Don't forget to put the blush on! It is the much-needed instant facelift. Nadia Jalfi suggests that the people with fairer skin can go for a pink tone and those with deeper skin tones can choose a reddish hue.
Touch up your makeup
Make sure that you have your lipstick and compact with you for touchups.
We hope the tips help you look immaculate on your big day.
